Cookie and similar technologies policy
How Apex Fitness uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies on ap3x-fit.com.
Effective date: 16 October 2026
Who is responsible
This policy covers the ap3x-fit.com website. Mykhailo Pashynskyi, a self-employed developer registered in the Czech Republic, operates Apex Fitness and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: support@ap3x-fit.com. For the mobile app, see our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Similar technologies include scripts, pixels and browser storage. We use strictly necessary technologies for the site to work and cookieless, aggregated visit statistics. Analytics and marketing tools that use cookies are optional and run only after you allow the relevant category. You can reopen your choices here or from the Privacy Policy.
Technology inventory
The table describes the technologies built into this website. Optional tools run only when you allow their category. A provider may change its cookies or retention settings, so we review this list when integrations change.
| Name / provider | Purpose | Duration | Category | Provider information |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language selected for the website. | 1 year | Essential | — |
| ap3x_cookie_consent | Remembers your analytics and marketing choices. | 180 days | Essential | — |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Counts aggregated page visits without cookies or identifiers stored on your device, so it runs regardless of your choice. Vercel derives a temporary visitor hash that resets after 24 hours. | No cookie | Analytics (no cookies) | Provider information |
| ph_<project token>_posthog / PostHog | Measures page views and site usage in PostHog after analytics consent. Stores an anonymous visitor and session identifier; session recording is off. | 1 year | Analytics | Provider information |
| Google Tag Manager | Loads the Google Tag Manager container only after marketing consent. Each tag in the container must respect its own consent category and be listed here before activation. | Depends on enabled tags | Marketing | Provider information |
Optional services and planned integrations
Vercel Web Analytics is built into the website and works without cookies. PostHog measures page views and site usage only with analytics consent; session recording is off. Google Analytics 4 can be enabled through site settings and also runs only with analytics consent. We plan to add Hotjar for usability feedback. It does not start merely because it is named here. Before enabling it, we will add its actual identifiers, purposes and retention periods to the table above and require the relevant consent.
App Store and mobile app
An App Store link does not itself add an Apple tracking pixel to this website. App install attribution, Apple Search Ads and tracking inside the iOS app are separate from website cookies. The app’s data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and App Store disclosures.
How to manage your choice
You can accept all optional tools, reject them, or choose analytics and marketing separately. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below or from the Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent reloads the page and stops optional tools from loading; it does not automatically remove cookies already saved by a third party. You can delete those through your browser settings.
Third parties and transfers
When you allow an optional tool, its provider may receive information such as page URL, device details and interaction events. Providers may process data outside your country. We review each provider and describe active tools here before activation.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when our technologies change. The date above shows the latest revision. For questions or privacy requests, email support@ap3x-fit.com.
